Calcflow is a virtual reality application aimed at exploring mathematical theorems and scenar-
ios in an interactive virtual reality environment. You are given various different scenes, in
which you can learn about both beginner and advanced calculus in an interactive manner. It
has everything from vector addition to integrals, to plane mapping. It also teaches concepts
What you learn:
like Mobius strips and allow to work with parameterized functions. Therefore, it helps to learn
mathematical concepts in an engaging way: it takes an idea or a formula and makes it into an
object, rich with depth and complexity; it allows to see how different variations in mathemat-
ical concepts affect the world.
Calcflow allows to study and visualize vector calculus in an interactive and accessible environ-
ment. Visualization plays a crucial role in understanding, mastering, and improving upon
mathematical concepts. Users can manipulate inputs and parameters and observe changes
How you learn:
to 3D visualizations in real-time. Therefore, the possibility provided by this software to ma-
nipulate 3D Graphs enhances SEN students’ learning process, as for this target group the
learning-by-doing methodologies are more.
